Daytona Developments has recently completed a number of high-quality corporate office fit outs at Adelphi Plaza to the complete satisfaction of both the tenant and the landlord. Daytona Developments has an enhanced team of skilled professionals capable of delivering the Pure Storage fit out. With their intimate knowledge of the building and services, and excellent working relationships with each of the existing tenants, the Daytona Developments team can effectively manage and deliver the fit out while negotiating potentially difficult access arrangements and ensuring that the fit out works do not unduly interfere with the very day operations of the other building users.
From residential development and working on behalf of international property funds, to more recent office refurbishment and corporate fit out, Daytona Developments has demonstrated the flexibility to survive and thrive in the long term.

Brian brings to the team over 30 years’ experience with G&T Crampton when he was at the helm of major construction projects. He has project managed a wide range of commercial and mixed used development projects and has particular expertise in highend corporate office fit out. Brian was site manager on the recent fit outs at Adelphi Plaza.
Darragh Connaughton BA
Darragh owns and manages Daytona Developments and provides the entrepreneurial drive and passion that allows the company to continually evolve and develop to meet with the needs and demands of the construction and fit out industry. He is very much hands on and takes an active role in the day to day management of every project undertaken by the company. Every prospective client can be confident of Darragh’s personal involvement on their project.
Des Gibbons
Des has joined Daytona as contracts manager. He has over 30 years experience in dry lining in Ireland and the U.K.
Notable contracts include
Citi Group and HSBC offices in Canary Wharf, London Dundrum shopping centre phase 3 The Oval building, dublin 4 One Warrington Place Dublin 2 Arup Office Dublin 4
Des will be heading up the Dry lining division.
